Google Pixel 7a renders suggest that the phone will look almost identical Pixel 7 series and the Pixel 6a, a center-positioned punch hole cutout for the selfie camera and a horizontal visor on the back that houses the camera sensors.
Google Pixel 7a design revealed
Moving to the back, the Pixel 7a gets a noticeable horizontal visor that houses the dual camera sensors and LED flash. A ‘G’ logo is placed in the center of the rear panel. The side frame appears to be made of aluminum, while the back panel is glass. The report says the phone will measure 152.4 x 72.9 x 9.0mm (10.1mm with the camera bump).
While earlier rumors claimed that the Pixel 7a would come with a 3.5mm audio jack, the new renders don’t show it. The handset may be available in White and Dark Gray colors but there may be other options at launch.
Google Pixel 7a Specifications (Estimated)
The Google Pixel 7a is expected to come with an FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The panel is rumored to be from Samsung. The rear camera setup consists of Sony IMX787 primary sensor and Sony IMX712 secondary sensor. We can guess that the phone will be powered by the Tensor G2 chipset paired with at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The Pixel 7a is rumored to get wireless charging support but will be limited to 5W. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The handset gets 5G network support and boots the latest Android 13 OS out of the box. Not much is known about the phone at the moment but we believe the Pixel 7a will launch sometime in 2023.
