Leaked images of the upcoming Tecno Phantom X2 reveal that the phone will sport a 6.8-inch FHD+ curved Super AMOLED touchscreen with 120Hz refresh rate support. And in the rear camera department, the smartphone sports a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor. The smartphone also has a gimbal camera for video stabilization, which also functions as an ultrawide and macro lens. A cutout in the middle of the display houses a 32MP selfie camera.


The upcoming Tecno Phantom X2 is known to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, but leaks reveal that it will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage expandable via microSD card. The smartphone packs a massive 5,100 mAh battery with fast charging support and runs HiOS 12 skin software based on Android 12 out of the box. The upcoming smartphone will have a USB-C port for charging, but no 3.5mm headphone jack. It also comes with an under-display fingerprint scanner.

Techno Phantom X, the predecessor of the upcoming smartphone, was launched in May at Rs. 25,999 launched in India. Tecno Phantom X comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with 90Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution and is powered by Mediatek Helio G95.
