Steve Smith said, ‘From day one we laid the foundation for success. Our bowlers bowled brilliantly on the first day, especially Kuhneman. Usman Khawaja played brilliantly in the first innings with the bat after the contribution of all the bowlers. We have had some good partnerships during that time. Then India definitely bowled well and wore us down. Later Pujara also played well but our bowlers performed well. Finally I will say that this is our complete show.

Australia’s spinners are agitated
After losing in Nagpur and Delhi, Australia restricted India to 109 runs in the Indoor Test. As a result, Australia were bowled out for 197 runs in the first innings. Here Team India’s second innings was also reduced to 163 runs and Australia were given a target of just 76 runs, which they achieved with the loss of one wicket. Nathan Lyon was the ‘Player of the Match’ with 11 wickets.
