Shubman Gill will get a chance to replace KL Rahul and the Indian playing eleven will remain the same in the indoor Test.

India vs Australia Indoor Test: As part of the four-Test series between India and Australia, the third match will begin in Indore from Wednesday. Team India retained their grip on the Border-Gavaskar series with a 2-0 lead in the series. But India has a chance to win this match and get a place in the final of the ICC World Test Championship. Looking ahead to the crucial match, captain Rohit Sharma may make a change in the playing XI.

Despite India leading the series 2-0. But in both the matches, except for Rohit Sharma, the top order batsmen failed miserably. KL Rahul is the biggest target in this series. Now it is impossible for Rahul to keep his place in the team. Informer Shubman Gill is likely to get a chance to replace Rahul. On Monday too, Gill practiced hard under the supervision of coach Rahul Dravid.

No change is likely in the middle order. The onus is on Pujara, Kohli and Iyer to strengthen the middle order. Ravindra Jadeja, who continues to be in excellent form, will be seen batting at number 6. Even if he did not show anything amazing with the bat in the first two Tests, it is certain that KS Bharat will get a chance in this match as well. India will bat at number 7.

Team India is not going to make any changes in the bowling department as well. R Ashwin and Akshar Patel not only bowled brilliantly, but contributed significantly with the bat in the first two Tests and contributed to the team’s success. On the other hand, Shami and Siraj have given the team the necessary victories on many occasions even on pitches that are useful for spinners.

India Playing 11: Rohit Sharma (captain), Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Ravindra Jadeja, KS Bharat (wicket keeper), R Ashwin, Akshar Patel, Mohammad Shami, Mohammad Siraj.
