Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BIS certification indicates that the phone will be launched in India and may not be long from now. We are curious to see if the Indian model will come with a Snapdragon chipset or an Exynos SoC.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra sports a 6.8-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1,440 X 3,088 pixels resolution and 19.3:9 aspect ratio. The phone is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB and 1TB of storage. The handset is likely to boot Android 13-based OneUI 5.0 custom skin out of the box.

As for the cameras, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with triple cameras on the back, with a 200MP primary camera with a 1/1.3″, 0.6µm, 12MP secondary lens and 3x and 10x telephoto cameras with similar hardware. The main camera is capable of recording 8K videos at 30fps. Camera details are not known as of now but the phone may feature a 40MP shooter.

Samsung is rumored to be working on an Apple-like satellite communication feature, but the South Korean giant uses Iridium satellite network. Users can also send short messages and images to friends.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and packs a 5000mAh battery with up to 45W fast charging support. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a USB Type-C port for charging and data syncing.
