The Redmi Watch 3 sports a 1.75-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 X 450 pixels. 60Hz high refresh rate and 341 PPI. The watch comes with 200 customizable watch faces and has an adjustable length of 135-200mm with a strap nail buckle design. Sensors on board include optical heart rate sensor, blood oxygen, acceleration, gyroscope and geomagnetic sensor. The smartwatch can track 24-hour heart rate, calories, deep sleep, stress, breathing and menstrual cycle.
