OnePlus 10T will receive OxygenOS 13 open beta

Chinese smartphone manufacturer, OnePlus, has now released the OxygenOS 13 beta for the OnePlus 10T smartphone. The new beta brings significant UI changes like the new one Aquamorphic design and new always-on display. It also comes with other software improvements, optimizations and some new features. To install OxygenOS 13 Open Beta, OnePlus 10T must be running Oxygen OS 12s A.08 or A.10 build. The device should have at least 30 percent charge and 5.5GB of free storage.

OxygenOS 13 beta is still a “work in progress” and user should exercise caution while installing the new software. It is also wise to choose a secondary device to try out such new software.

OnePlus has already identified and fixed the following issues in OxygenOS 13 on the OnePlus 10T:

  • The wallpaper on the lock screen is blurry in certain scenarios.
  • The charging prompt is usually not displayed on the lock screen.
  • The expansion function is normally not displayed in movie mode.

OnePlus 10T Features a The 6.7-inch full-HD+ LTPO2 10-bit AMOLED panel supports 120Hz high refresh display. The display also hosts a fingerprint sensor under the panel. The OnePlus 10T draws juice from and is backed by a 4,800mAh battery 150W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The device sports a triple camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary, 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensor with OIS support. A 16MP sensor takes care of the front camera duties. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and 5G cellular network.
