Hardik Pandya Statement: Defending champions Gujarat Titans are in excellent form in IPL 2023. The team won two consecutive matches in the tournament. In the match against Delhi Capitals on Tuesday (April 4), Gujarat Titans broke the run and won by 6 wickets. Gujarat also have 11 balls left in this run chase. After this win, captain Hardik Pandya spoke about his style of captaincy and predicted Sai Sudarshan to play in the top order for the team.
Hardik said after the match.. At first it was a bit funny. We’re not sure what’s going on, but something is happening. We gave away 15-20 extra runs in the power play. The way the bowlers came back was amazing. I go with my instincts, I like to hold myself back. Rather than thinking about anything else, I will stick to my decision and step down. Often, I’d rather throw a punch than take one.
The Gujarat captain further said, “We tell all the players to have fun on the field. It helps them in making the right decisions. Someone will raise their hand and take responsibility. We talked about this. It’s important to look out for each other.”

Talking about Sai Sudarshan, Hardik said, “He is batting brilliantly. Credit goes to him along with the support staff. You all have seen his batting results for the last 15 days. If I am not mistaken, in two years he will do something good for franchise cricket and Indian cricket too.
