Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer is officially here. Disney released the trailer at the Comic-Con Experience 2022 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The third feature-length installment in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise sees Peter Quill and his band of misfits return together for one last wild ride across the galaxy. The trailer comes just days after the release of the Guardians of the Galaxy holiday special on Disney+. James Gunn, who directed the first two movies, took the CCXP stage to share his third and final entry in his MCU trilogy.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer shows some familiar faces, including Peter Quill, Nebula, Mantis, Drax, and Groot stepping out of their spaceship in new, more comic-book-accurate outfits. While the trailer shows a younger version of Rocket, the film hints at his past and how he was launched. Some scenes suggest that this will be a more serious movie than the previous two installments, with the ominous line from Rocket saying, “We’ll all fly together one last time.”
Gamora is back in this movie, though not the Gamora that Peter Quill remembers. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 villains include Adam Warlock and High Evolutionary.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Release date
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will release worldwide on May 5, 2023. It will be part of the fifth phase of the MCU, which will begin with Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania, which is slated to release on February 17, 2023. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is set after the holiday special events of The Guardians of the Galaxy, currently airing on Disney+ Hotstar in India. The upcoming third and final installment in the franchise will be released on Disney+ Hotstar after its theatrical run.
