Sony has decorated Mumbai Metro trains with God of War Ragnarok designs. Images from the game featuring Kratos and Atreus can be seen outside and inside the metro, along with a November 9, 2022 release date. The handles inside the Metro also have PS5 branding on them. Apart from these, some Indian game retail stores God of War Ragnarok is also being promoted. The upcoming title is expected to be very popular in India as well as globally. The God of War franchise has amassed a dedicated fanbase over the years.
Explaining the story of God of War Ragnarok, said developer Santa Monica Studio, “Fimblewinter is going well. As Asgardian forces prepare for a prophesied world-ending war, Kratos and Atreus must travel to each of the Nine Realms for answers. Along the way they explore stunning, mythical landscapes and face formidable foes in the form of Norse gods and demons. The threat of Ragnarok grows ever closer. Kratos and Atreus must choose between their own safety and the safety of the realms.”
Recent leaks God of War Ragnarok is said to be 40 hours long. The main story of the game is expected to run for 20 hours with 16 hours of gameplay and 3 and a half hours of cutscenes. Apart from these, the game may have 20 hours of side quests, 19 hours of gameplay and 1 hour of cutscenes.
