BJP government in Tripura, Nagaland, hung assembly in Meghalaya! Know who won from where

 

Assembly Election 2023 Result: The results became clear after the counting of votes in the three northeastern states of Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland on Thursday (March 2). BJP has a clear majority in Tripura. So in Nagaland too, the BJP along with its ally managed to clear the cards of the opponents. The return of the NDPP and BJP alliance is certain here. On the other hand, no party got a clear majority in Meghalaya.

There are full chances of forming a hung government in Meghalaya. However, the performance of the current CM Konrad Sangma’s party NPP was very good here.

Tripura CM Manik Saha won

Tripura’s CM Manik Saha was victorious in the election from Town Bardowali seat. This time BJP contested in Tripura on the face of Manik Saha and performed better. For the first time in 60 years, a woman MLA has been elected in Nagaland. NDPP candidate Hekani Jakhlu has won. She is the first woman MLA elected to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
