Siddharth Luthra joined the Delhi Bar in 1991 and was appointed as a Senior Advocate in 2007.

He holds a law degree from Delhi University and an M.Phil. Received in criminology from Cambridge. He taught law at Delhi University (1997-1998). He is a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Society.
