Job Description:

The IT Service Desk, a centralized team, is tasked with providing technical support to clients. This encompasses troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, ensuring seamless functioning of computer systems, and supporting IT services. The Service Desk team, comprising 15,000 members globally, caters to 90 global clients across continents. The IT Service Desk has evolved with technological advancements, incorporating AI chatbots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance support processes.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Provide initial technical support to end-users, addressing IT-related issues and inquiries.
  • Log and monitor support tickets, maintaining accurate documentation for timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, conduct diagnosis, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for efficient problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate a client-focused approach, working effectively with users from diverse global communities.
  • Possess impeccable communication skills (both verbal and written) with clients and a strong technical acumen.
  • Be open to working in shifts and from the office.

Education and Skills:

  • 2023 Batch of B.E/B.Tech in any branch (UG full-time degree).
  • Candidates with 50% in X, XII, or Diploma, UG.
  • Open to Indian nationals only.
